Brad is a former senior healthcare executive and private equity professional. He was previously the Chief Development Officer of Elite Dental Partners LLC, a Chicago-based Dental Support Organization with over 110 affiliated general dentistry practices in 12 Midwest states. While with Elite he led a Development team responsible for tripling the Company’s revenue and operating profit via over 70 individual practice acquisitions in under three years. He also oversaw several operating initiatives related to revenue cycle administration, payor relations and practice-level growth strategies, and led the sale of the company to a prominent healthcare-focused private equity firm.
Prior to Elite he spent over 13 years in the private equity industry where he was involved with nearly $500mm of transactions and served on the Board of Directors of numerous portfolio companies.
Brad earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and undergraduate degrees in Economics and Engineering Science from Vanderbilt University.
Personal Interests
Brad is happily married with three young children and resides with his family in Dana Point, California. He is from California’s Bay Area originally and spends his free time keeping up with his kids and surfing, skiing, camping, and fly fishing… especially on Silver Creek in Idaho.
