Dr. Adam Burr brings over a decade of multifaceted experience in clinical leadership and training, executive team building and strategic development within the dental industry. After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2011 and a BA in Latin American Studies, Dr. Burr joined Pacific Dental Services, where he worked from 2012 to 2020. During his tenure, he owned multiple offices, served in regional clinical leadership roles, and developed robust curricula in leadership, business management, and clinical training. Known for his mentorship, Dr. Burr played a key role in guiding associate doctors in clinical practice and professional growth.
From 2020 to 2023, Dr. Burr served as the Chief Dental Officer with Elite Dental Partners, overseeing clinical operations across more than 100 offices,150 dentists and 250 hygienists. Leading EDP’s clinical initiatives, he drove the implementation of advanced AI platforms, cloud-based clinical management systems, implant training programs, and progressive periodontal health protocols.
Dr. Burr balances his industry leadership roles with his private practice. Vera Dental of Riverton integrates breakthrough technologies, digital workflows, transparent treatment modalities, and a heavy emphasis on proactive preventive care. His approach prioritizes a strong patient-provider relationship by redefining insurance interactions, shifting the third-party payor to it’s respective supporting role.
