Maggie has loved dentistry since she was young. Visiting the dentist was always a treat, and that passion has guided her 20+ year career. She began as a chairside Dental Assistant while completing hygiene school and became a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), eventually growing into leadership roles.
Maggie focus on mentoring and supporting dental hygienists, helping them thrive professionally while implementing best practices and standardized systems to ensure high-quality, consistent care across multiple locations. She oversees infection control and supports back-office operations, providing the systems and guidance clinical teams need to succeed.
A graduate of the University of Iowa with an MBA from Drake University, she was raised in Iowa with a strong work ethic and a love for horses. In 2020, Maggie and her family relocated to San Diego, where she continues to champion high-performing hygiene teams.
